Magic Media was delighted to attend XDS 2023 in the stunning environs of Vancouver, Canada! Between September 6 and September 8, the Magic Media team had the distinct pleasure of attending the event. XDS provided us with an opportunity to engage with valued peers in scintillating discussions about the gaming industry, external development, and the variety of topics discussed by the fantastic speakers at the event.

XDS 2023 also provided us with a tremendous opportunity to meet potential new clients and continue to spread the Magic Media name on a global level. About XDS

XDS was established in 2013 and is considered to be the only international gaming industry event focused on external development, which is one of Magic Media’s many specialties. With a primary focus on art, animation, audio, and much more, the event is host to hundreds of attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and industry leaders from the gaming industry.

This year’s event featured speakers from different leading gaming companies who thrilled attendees with interesting topics. Among the many topics covered were generative AI, navigating crises, the pros and cons of original IP, and many more important and relevant subjects.

One of our favorite aspects of XDS is Table-Topic, roundtable discussions featuring industry experts on a variety of topics. It’s a welcoming environment that allows participants to share their knowledge and gain valuable insights simultaneously.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our time at XDS 2023, and if this year’s show is anything to go by, XDS 2024 will be an exciting and informative time!
